Scanners, Printers and Internet facilities are available to help in the design & development of various Professional Applications of Print & Electronic media.

New Media Technologies are harnessed to teach, educate and impart the evolving social media concpets and platforms to the best advantage of students.

The IAAN Library features more than a thousand books cutting across academic, political, economic, social and technological disciplines. Students are always welcome to sit and learn at the IAAN library for it opens the doors to a vibrant world of knowledge and imagination, of the most experienced and celebrated writers from the world over.

All major Hindi & English newspapers, and communication magazines are daily avaialble in the library for the students references and all members of the IAAN Community, can use the Library Card Facility to get books issued from the Library for their personal reading, classwork and research needs.

It is our firm belief that Revolutions can, and have often begun with reading.

We have Separate Hostels for Boys & Girls with spacious & well furnished rooms, having a homely atmosphere with the necessary discipline. 24/7 Campus Secuirty Gaurd is present and in the 25 years of our College History, there has never been any compromise on the security and safety of our hostel students.

Our Hostel has all the basic amneties and the Hosteliers enjoy Movie Nights, DJ Party's, Birthday Celebrations every month. 

IAAN has a State of the Art Studio with Live Broadcast Feed facility via Satellite.

The Studio is equipped with a Shooting Floor, Chroma Facilities, Professional Audio Visual Production, Teleprompter Reading and an Anchoring Set-up. Our Equipments include the latest HD professional cameras, Latest Video and Sound Editing, MCR , PCR, Multi-Cam Setup etc. The Studio provides students with a rare opportunity to experience and work in an enhanced real-life production floor, shooting documentaries and films, learning voice modulation, speech therapy and production techniques.

 IAAN has a custom built Newsroom where students script, anchor, shoot, edit and create News Stories and News Feed which goes live daily.

The Newsroom enables our students to anchor and report on national conversations and debates, thus increasing their visibility and skill in Media. By the time they Graduate, our students have done great practial reporting over the year(s) and they easily transition to Big Media Houses as professional reporters and editors. The IAAN Mess provides fresh and healthy homely cooked food everyday, and cleanliness and hygiene of the food is ensured. The Hostel students constantly give their feedback on the food quality and the Kitchen menu is set with their taste preferances in mind, without compromising on nutritious food.

The mess is a great place for students to hang out and chat while having meals and socialize with their batch mates. 

Experienced faculties and Lecturers conduct special theoretical and practical sessions keeping in mind the various requirements of different students. Attendence in the classes is taken very seriously, as the classes form the foundation on which the student will build their careers in Media.

Most of our faculty are working professionals in the Media Industry. They bring with them their vast knowledge and field experience, understanding very well the delicate needs of the industry and train the students for the jobs that the industry requires and not just theoratical understanding. The Facuty are there to guide students at all times.

IAAN has a custom built Radio and Disk Jockey Room, specially for students who want to specialze in these fields.

Radio and Disk Jockeying are an art in themselves, and our practical set-up and workspace enables the students to experience for themselves what it takes to become the RJ's and DJ's they admire and get a party going. Equipped with all the instruments and gadgets needed to get the groove going, students are thrust into the limelight and showcase their skills with vigour and talent. 

IAAN has a multi-functional and state of the art Editing Lab, with the latest Apple Mac Systems that are the hallmark of Professional Video Graphics and Production in the Industry.

Our Expert Faculty in Graphics and Video Editing teach and enable students to learn editing and production skills.

Students are encouraged and taught how to operate these sophisticated systems and learn the delicate graphic and video editing techniques.

We have the latest Smart Class facility, with an interactive smart touch board that enables our Faculty to immerse their classes in a complete 360 degree experience with the best learning outcomes.

The Smart Class showcases the latest technology to students and helps them understand the significance and role of the Digital Revolution taking place in the Country.

Our Production Control Room is interlinked with our Studio to faciliate live broadcast ability via Satellite. 

The P.C.R Room has State of the Art Equipment for both Audio and Visualisation which enables Production and Shoot Management, Organisation and Live Feed for all Media Shoot related purposes. The P.C.R room facilitates Industry standard uplinking and downlinking capabilities registered with the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.

IAAN strongly believes in nurturing students and enhancing their protential in a realistic setting and live environment. For this purpose we have designed a custom built Press Conference Room for students to learn and train.

The Press Conference set-up enables students to ask questions in dummy press conferences with faculty, and sit in the hot seat themselves and answer questions as journalists. This ensures that students get trained for press conferences during their course and can join any professional national media channel without any additional training.

IAAN has a fully functional Music Room with state of the art instruments, a electric guitar, 64 key digital keyboard and electric drum set etc.

Our Music Room is for students to showcase their creativty and skills and form their own music bands and groups. We encourage all students to use the music room for learning as well as to have some fun! The college sends its students to different inter-college fests and events throughout the year, and the music room provides and important resource to students to practise, create friendships and build on their interests and skills. 

At IAAN we are constantly innovating and upgrading our facilities and matching the Industry step for step. Recent trends have shown a higher interest amongst students and aspiring artists for need of an acting space where the students can act, preform and innovate. This is where the Acting Studio comes in.

The Acting Studio is an open space specially designed for students to enact different theatres, practise and collaborate in groups for assinged theatre or film shoots. The space can be modified, transformed, developed and replicated according to the needs of each individual production or shoot as and when they take place.

At IAAN, Students are the centre of gravity and hence we create our spaces according to the needs and benefits of our students.

Hence, we have a Photo Studio on Campus, where the latest Selected Photogaphs of our students are displayed for all staff, faculty and students to see. This is a showcase of student talent and interest and encourages them to explore and be creative.

The Audio Room is a specialized set-up in which students undergo focussed speech enhancement, such as voice test, speech therapy, vocalisation and voice-over.

Students learn how to speak with clarity and precision in front of mics and tv and undergo confidence and esteem building through practise. Once students go through voice over techniques and trainings, they proceed for the radio jockeying and disk jockeying multimedia set-up.

This is a special closed space specially for production, editing and cutting of films, short productions and motion pictures created by students.

The Film Production Room is for students to experience and learn in a live setting how films are edited, produced and made. IAAN students have a rich tradition of filmmaking with over 2000 films produced by our students over the years!

Many of our films have been selected in national and intenational film festivals!

IAAN has a fully equipped Anchoring Desk and Teleprompter set up, that enables students to learn newsreading and news presentation in a professional and sophisticated manner. 

The key to become a good anchor and reporter in media is practise, practise and practise. Our state of the art Anchoring Desk set-up ensures that each student of the College undergoes hours and hours of intensive newsreading and reporting training.

The Dancing lab is an area for students to dance out their spirit and skills. 

With floor to ceiling mirrors, the dancing lab provides a 360 degree view and landscape to students to see and practise their every move. Equipped with Sennheiser Speaker system, the dance lab can be transformed into a multi-purpose training area with no disturbances and endless music.

Our Campus provides a vibrant and secure space for students to practise and put up live shows, train as reporters and anchors, learn the techniques of the camera and much more!

The Campus has 24/7 security and students are free to try out new ideas and skills here. Many interesting and much appreciated student videos, films, narratives and preformances take place on the campus on any given day!

IAAN's historic building is located in New Friends Colony, Delhi.

Built on the layout of old Delhi, the IAAN building is a unique media education ecosystem that has everything a young budding journalist may need. The building is located 15-20 minutes away from the India Gate and Parliament of India and offers easy access to all the major locations in Delhi NCR be it Film City Noida (10 mins away), BJP Headquarters (15 mins), Election Commission HQ (20 mins), Supreme Court of India (15 mins), Bharat Mandapam (15 mins) and Central Secretariet (15 mins).
