Admission to IAAN School of Mass Communication is possible under both the CUET examination and by directly applying to the College.
Media being a professional degree requires students who are engaging, outgoing, smart, camera friendly and audacious! Academic marks are not as important as common sense in media!

What is the percentage of marks needed for admission?
Media is a practical professional field and the major focus in the industry is on performance and practical skills.
Any student who has passing marks in class 12 and above can apply for admission to the College.
Is the CUET Exam compulsory for admission?
No. It is not compulsory to give the CUET exam for admission to the College.
Students can apply for admission with their CUET exam score or without it. Each student will have to give a personal interview to qualify for the admission.
Is the personal Interview diificult?
The personal interview is simply based on common sense.
To prepare for the interview, students have to simply be self-aware and be up to date with the latest news.
How can you apply for scholarship?
College offers Merit cum Means Scholarships to deserving students.
Usually scholarships are offered based on students performance in our University – Makhanlal University semester examinations
Is the One-Time Registration Fee refundable?
At the time of admission, there is a one-time registration fee of Rs. 5000, which is submitted to secure your seat.
This fee is not refundable.
What is the deadline for admissions?
Admissions are now open and live for 2025.
Admission to the College is on first come basis and last until the seats are full. Classes usually begin in July/August 2025.
